Please join us for our special night in Historic Downtown Ocala, as we raise support and awareness for children’s mental health.

Our hope is to support early intervention, prevention and therapeutic care for every child in need in our community.

Music, food and fun for the entire family!

We are encouraging everyone to Be You!, by wearing something representative of what makes you unique!  Be creative and fun!

Each team who raises $500 or more will receive a balloon to release into the sky in honor of someone who has been affected by mental illness.

Race Against Child Abuse

Race Against Child Abuse 5K you can help Marion County’s children find healing.

Overcoming child abuse and neglect is a difficult process because the road

to healing means children must name and revisit the painful things that

were done to them. This journey is made easier when children and those

who are helping them know they aren’t walking alone.

Corporate Run for the Springs 5K

Grab your co-workers and your running shoes, and join us for this family-friendly 5K event. Enjoy a children’s area, refreshments, giveaways and prizes; including a Corporate Cup award for the fastest-running business team.

This community event raises awareness of the steps businesses and individuals can take to protect our water resources. Proceeds will be returned to Marion County residents and businesses in the form of projects that will benefit the health of the springs.

Tails N Trails 5K Dog Run/Walk

HSMC is proud to announce the 1st Annual 5K Tails n Trails Dog Run/Walk. Check in starts at 8am and walk starts at 9am. Be a part of the event with all donations benefiting the HSMC. Family friendly and great exercise with fellow dog lovers!

Ride for the Arts

Now in its fourth year, the City of Ocala presents the 2018 Ride for the Arts Gran Fondo. There’s a ride for all levels. The 70 mile Gran Fondo, the 40 mile Medio, and the 15 mile Piccolo, an escorted ride for kids, families, and beginners. The Gran Fondo and Medio routes have timed segments and cover beautiful and challenging rolling hills dotted with giant live oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Cyclists will ride through Horse Capital of the World passing majestic horse farms with paddocks full of mommas and their spring babies. Hundreds of cyclists, will leave from Brick City Center for the Arts, Marion Cultural Alliance’s home in downtown Historic Ocala.
