Many of us have been going a little stir crazy over the last few weeks, thanks to stay at home orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the stay at home order has been lifted and many businesses have been allowed to begin the process of reopening, Triple Crown Homes has been hearing variations of the same two questions:

While many may find it surprising, our team is very happy to report that the answer is a resounding yes! One of the biggest factors is that mortgage interest rates continue to be at historic lows. This has made now an opportune time for many to either refinance their existing home or buy/build a new home. In fact, our clients have been keeping the Triple Crown Homes team busy! Over the last few weeks, we’ve sold 13 spec homes, which are in the process of being completed right now. These soon to be completed homes feature an array of home designs including our Pine, Freedom, and Oak floor plans. Many of our recent sales have been to-be-built, personalized homes for our clients.
