Triple Crown Homes is excited to announce a brand-new home design; the Spirit! While there’s much to love about this new home design, there’s one innovative feature we just can’t wait to share. Set to be completed in November of 2019, the Spirit at Irish Acres will be the first Ocala home to have a built-in receiving hub for package deliveries!

What’s a receiving hub, you ask?

In the Spirit floor plan, the receiving hub is a small room connected to the laundry room. It has its own exterior door that can be accessed by delivery drivers. In addition to locking the laundry room, the hub’s entry door includes a combination lock. The combination lock can be programmed with a unique code for each type of delivery. That means you can create separate codes for deliveries from different retailers. With a secure delivery place, you’ll never have a package go missing again! The receiving hub is also great for grocery delivery because it includes enough space for shelving and a refrigerator.

The Spirit Floor Plan

Spanning almost 2,600 square feet of livable space, the Spirit includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Designed with entertaining in mind, this home features an open concept floor plan. The kitchen is anchored by a large island with bar seating and flows into a truly impressive great room. Right off the great room is a spacious lanai. A formal dining room is ideal for hosting a dinner party while the breakfast nook provides a cozy spot to enjoy family dinners.

When it comes time to relax, the master suite is the place to be! Located on the opposite side of the home from the other three bedrooms, the master suite offers privacy. The design includes a coffered ceiling, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite with a walk-in tile shower and two vanities.
